去年怀孕两个月时就开始物色月嫂，经过多轮面试比较最终确定了李阿姨。一是考量都是武汉人，做菜应该比较合我口味；二是李阿姨谈吐有条理，学历比较高，微信交流起来就感觉很通畅，可以明显感觉到和其他候选人不同。
从医院回家第一晚是我们自己带的，各种手忙脚乱，李阿姨坐了一晚的红眼航班飞来美东，早上到了后就马上洗漱，接手宝宝、为我开奶、做饭，忙到下午才休息一下。整个月子期间也是这样的节奏，一日三餐+下午晚上的汤水，晚上带宝宝基本不需要我们操心，就这样马不停蹄坚持了四十多天。
1. 关于带娃和照顾宝妈：李阿姨做事很认真，宝宝每天的奶量和大小便情况都有按时记录，奶瓶奶嘴随时都保证清洁整齐，还坚持要每天清洗我的泵奶器、在我多次想放弃母乳的时候劝我坚持（其实母乳对阿姨来说更麻烦，要把宝宝送到我这喂半小时后再补水奶）、每天定点给宝宝喂D3、给我煮艾叶泡脚并叮嘱我不要泡太久、每次我要弯腰或拎东西时抢在前面替我做、以及各种在家里老人传统带娃观念有问题的情况下委婉解释科学的育儿方法。由于月子期间我母亲也在，说实话家里老人同在真的会给月嫂不少压力，但李阿姨都没有任何情绪、保持耐心沟通，我要是再坐一次月子肯定不让长辈来了，就夫妻俩人+月嫂阿姨够够的，兴许能更轻松自在。
2. 关于做饭：李阿姨是个对做美食有热情的人，给我们做了不少拿手菜，也愿意询问雇主口味去网上学做新的菜。每天都按时、高效、换着花样地准备好三餐，饭后马上利索地把厨房收拾干净，让我们都当起了甩手掌柜😂
整体来说李阿姨是个开朗、能干、好沟通且对宝宝很有爱的实在人，适合给年轻新手爸妈的家庭帮忙，一起度过一段轻松愉悦的产后休养时光～

我们聘请李姨担任42天月嫂，从宝宝出生起全程照护。根据我们的实际需求，李姨在医院陪护了四天，不仅悉心照顾产妇和新生儿，还主动承担做饭并亲自开车送餐到医院的工作。对于刚生产、毫无经验的我们而言，这份周到与付出极大地缓解了最初的慌乱与不安，令人由衷感激。
李姨在饮食安排上十分用心，烹饪风格清淡但口味佳，既营养均衡，又充分考虑产后恢复的需要。她对宝宝充满爱心，照护细致耐心，日常观察非常到位，能够及时发现并主动反馈宝宝的状态变化，让新手父母感到格外安心和信任。
整体而言，李姨责任心强、专业度高，对宝宝是真心付出。在我们最手忙脚乱、最需要支持的阶段，她提供了非常重要且可靠的帮助，是一位值得高度信任与诚恳推荐的优秀月嫂。

这是我们第二次请李莉阿姨来照顾宝宝了。大宝时期，她的照顾让我们无比安心，所以这次在我还没生产前，我们就提前把她的时间定下了。
谁也没想到，二宝出生后有严重的牛奶蛋白过敏。那段日子真的非常煎熬：宝宝不停哭闹、肚子不舒服、睡不好，我们既着急又无助。现在回头看，我真的无法想象如果没有李莉阿姨，我们怎么扛过去。
是阿姨第一时间提醒我们去就医，让我们及时发现问题。之后的每一天，她都陪着我们一起经历：换奶粉、观察反应、尝试母乳、再调整、再记录……她从不抱怨，从不松懈，只希望宝宝能更舒服一点。
在宝宝最痛苦的那些夜里，是她日夜抱着、轻拍、安抚，让宝宝一点点平静下来。她的耐心、细心和爱心让我们全家都非常感动。
因为有阿姨，我才能在产后真正休息，恢复体力和精神。她还会根据我的情况调整食谱，确保我的饮食不会影响宝宝，照顾得无微不至。
李莉阿姨专业、负责、有爱心，也非常好相处。能让她连续照顾我们两个孩子，是我们全家的幸运。
未来如果还有机会，我们一定会再次选择她。
This is our second time having Li Li care for our newborn. She took such wonderful care of our first baby that we booked her months in advance this time.
We never expected our second baby to have a severe cow’s milk protein allergy. Those early weeks were incredibly difficult, constant crying, discomfort, sleepless nights. We were exhausted and overwhelmed, and honestly, I don’t know how we would have made it through without Li Li.
She was the first to notice that something was wrong and urged us to seek medical care, allowing us to diagnose the allergy early. From that moment on, she walked with us through every step: trying different formulas, monitoring reactions, reintroducing breastmilk, adjusting again, tracking every detail. She never complained, she simply wanted our baby to feel better.
On the hardest nights, when the baby was inconsolable, she held her, soothed her, and comforted her for hours. Her patience, dedication, and gentle care deeply moved us.
Because of Li Li, I was able to rest and recover postpartum. She even adapted my meals to prevent accidental exposure for the baby. She cared for both me and the baby with incredible thoughtfulness.
Li Li is experienced, responsible, warm, and easy to work with. We feel truly fortunate to have had her care for both of our children.
If we ever have the chance in the future, we would choose her again without hesitation.

Li Li was the greatest gift, next to having a baby. We are an English speaking white family. We never had trouble communicating. She made the experience so easy and comfortable, and loved us and our baby. I didn’t want her to leave, but she did teach us everything we needed to know in order to move on.
Li Li helped with lactation. She knew I wanted to solely breast feed, so she made sure that was possible for me. She would take care of my baby’s needs at night and bring him to me for breast feeding.
Li Li is the hardest worker, dedicated to mommy and baby. My baby’s needs were always met. He was always burped and clean. She knew exactly how to manage circumcision. She taught me best care for my baby’s bottom. Laundry was done in a timely manner. Li Li taught me how to use breast pump and bottle washer for our future needs.
I will definitely contact Li Li when I have another baby.

Lily阿姨非常专业而且做事细心有条理，每天记录宝宝喂奶和换纸尿裤的时间和次数，关心宝宝的体重以及健康情况，不管什么时间只要宝宝一哭马上就会起来查看。对宝宝非常耐心，会和宝宝轻柔地聊天，安抚宝宝，给宝宝做排气操，逗宝宝玩，一看就是很爱小宝宝的。月子里照顾宝妈也很尽心，月子餐虽然以清淡为主但是也很美味，比我们平时自己做饭还要丰盛。另外和我家的两只狗狗也相处地十分融洽。非常感恩Lily阿姨在月子期间的照顾👍

李阿姨对宝宝非常耐心，有爱心，在过去的几周把宝宝照顾的很好，给宝宝建立了规律的作息让我们后续自己更好带，阿姨在处理宝宝黄疸和红屁股方面也很有经验。阿姨在我们生产第二天就赶到医院帮助因为宝宝哭闹了一晚上身心俱疲手忙脚乱的我们，给新手爸妈减轻了很多负担。
李阿姨还会做各式的月子餐，前期给产妇用艾草煮水擦身，后期用艾草煮水泡脚，每天都会煮不同的月子汤和月子水来帮助产妇恢复元气，是非常可靠又有经验的月嫂。

和李阿姨相处的这产后一个月让我感觉非常的舒适和安心。李阿姨的育儿手法非常专业，宝宝出现各种情况都能及时应对。宝宝每次哭闹的时候，李阿姨都能马上起身喂奶和安抚，尤其是宝宝最近开始胀气，李阿姨经常在晚上抱宝宝几个小时才能入睡，但李阿姨也没说过辛苦。
李阿姨对产妇的护理也非常专业。在我出院的第一天，李阿姨就帮我用艾草水擦身，按摩开奶。每天都帮我准备各种月子水和美味的月子餐，并且嘱咐我多喝水多吃绿叶菜多运动。李阿姨的亲和力特别高，得知我爸妈在就主动邀请我们一起做饭吃饭，我们每天一起准备和讨论三餐，互相介绍喜爱的小零食，就和一家人一样，相处的非常轻松愉快。
在我写这条评论的时候，李阿姨马上就要下户了，这一周她悉心的教授我们各种育儿技能，叮嘱我们各种注意事项，帮我们培养好的育儿习惯，缓解了我们马上要独立带娃的焦虑。
李阿姨帮我们一起度过了育儿的初始阶段，我们也成为了很好的朋友，强烈推荐李阿姨！

Lily阿姨经验丰富，操作专业，而且重要的是真心热爱宝宝，可以很放心把宝宝交她手里，自己可以专注休息和恢复。阿姨也分享了很多育儿知识和技巧。
阿姨很好沟通，在喂奶方式，作息饮食，育儿用品选择各个方面都非常尊重我的意愿，并且十分配合。在我由于喂奶缺觉抑郁时还提供了很多情绪支持。
另外，阿姨做饭也很拿手，月子期间吃得很丰盛。

We are first time parents, and with our immediate family living abroad, we knew that we needed help to take care of our firstborn. That said, it was still very difficult for me to entrust someone with the care of my baby, especially having not met that person before. But, if you are in that position now, I want to reassure you: Lily is someone you can trust wholeheartedly.
As a medical doctor, it was very important to me that I had a nanny who understood my baby’s health needs. Lily's knowledge of infant care and development has always been on point. Everything my pediatrician recommended —from vitamin D supplementation to feeding guidelines— were already familiar to me because of her guidance. Lily has taken care of over 50 newborns, and it really shows. My baby had issues like eczema, cradle cap, colic, and I had low milk production, and very painful and extensive clogged ducts. When I ran into these issues, my first instinct was to ask my pediatrician or do my own internet research, but it always turned out that Lily’s initial recommendation was always the most effective. This is not just a testament to her experience of working with so many babies and mothers, but also the fact that she is truly diligent about researching all the different solutions and products. Her recommendations were so often superior to what I had read online or recommended by my pediatrician that my husband and I always joke, “When in doubt, in Lily we trust”.
The care that Lily provides does not just stop on the physical health, but also the development of the baby. I learned from Lily that it is important to always be interacting with my child. Whenever the baby was awake, Lily would be constantly talking, laughing and joking with the baby. I honestly think this helped my baby’s cognitive development. It was hard for me to do this because, especially at the beginning, the baby doesn’t really interact with you or smile at you, but Lily was constantly encouraging me to talk to the baby, tell the baby stories, sing songs and play music, etc. My husband was the first to crack the code on this; he started reading the baby his email.
Lily's expertise in establishing sleep routines was also invaluable. By the time she left, we had a consistent schedule that was so helpful for me being able to return to work full time.
More than just caring for my child, Lily empowered me with knowledge and confidence. Her guidance during those early months was truly invaluable. If we ever have another baby, we would definitely work with her again.

非常幸运，在换了一个月嫂后，临时能找到像lily这么专业的月嫂，因为有lily的照顾恢复的也非常的快，心情也很轻松愉悦，Lily对宝宝护理专业知识能看出来也在跟进，因为很多护理知识跟几年前我有大宝的时候都不太一样了，我也是听到医生说和看一些网上的报道才知道，但是lily都能答疑出来，也是让我很放心的原因之一，每天都会给我煮适合我这几天身体需求的月子水，月子餐虽然清淡但是都很好吃而且搭配的营养健康，我想也是我恢复迅速的原因之一，让我很很是惊喜，帮我通乳腺的手法也很好，让我从最先开始没奶的奶渣妈妈变成排奶量是宝宝需求两倍的奶霸,最主要一点是能看出真的很爱小宝宝，这才是让宝妈放心的基础
