Rae was a wonderful doula! She was easy to get in contact with, super accommodating for appointments and there for any questions I had. She is a wealth of knowledge for local resources. Highly recommend her!

Rae Mahan was wonderful in support throughout the pregnancy and birthing process. She helped me when I could no longer experience the birth of my daughter at the beginnings birthing center, not just with a couple of places to reach out for a hospital birth locally (Colorado springs) but also a few hospitals and obs a bit further away. She is very resourceful and super understanding of each unique birthing person and birthing situation. Occasionally (I felt too often) during labor, she suggested to do inversions, which was my least favorite thing during the whole labor and birthing process. As far as the class she teaches (Hypnobabies) goes, Rae and Sarah almost couldn't tell that I was in my transitional phase of laboring, because of how well the self hypnosis was working. 12/10 would recommend Rae for anyone who is pregnant or considering having a doula experience at their birth.
