Fee Details
My birth doula fee reflects years of hands-on experience supporting laboring families alongside numerous holistic midwives. As a student midwife, I spent 2.5 years learning directly in birth rooms—observing patterns, supporting long labors, witnessing a wide range of birth experiences, and understanding how preparation, environment, and steady support shape the way birth unfolds. This package includes intentional prenatal sessions that go beyond surface-level education. We focus on how labor may ebb and flow, how to work with your body, how partners can offer meaningful support in real time, and how to stay flexible when plans shift. I’m on call from 37–42 weeks and provide continuous labor and birth support for hospital, birth center, or home births, including inductions, epidurals, and cesareans. You’re investing in experienced, intuitive support—rooted in holistic care, intentional preparation, and a steady presence shaped by experience with both home and hospital birth.

Jerika is one of the warmest souls I have been blessed to encounter. She was willing to work with me in a tight timeline with my placenta encapsulation. Her communication was amazing and she went above and beyond the original scope of care. You can tell she genuinely loves and has a passion for what she does.

As a nurse who has worked in various settings, including labor delivery in a freestanding birth center, I was very picky about which care providers I chose for my pregnancy and postpartum. Jerika came on recomendaron from my midwife, and I could not be more delighted with the care she has given our family. I believe God put us together, and she has blessed our family tremendously. While I was initially focused on getting overnight care for my baby, I quickly realized that Jerika gave me better care postpartum than I'd ever had, even with an incredible village and network of family. It's rare you find a woman who cares and nurtures the mother as much as the baby. Jerika is your one in a million provider who naturally does this. She is WISE beyond her years and truly cared for and loved my baby. That is no small thing, and real loving tenderness is by no means standard with all night care providers. During my initial postpartum period, we also had coverage from an agency during the nights she couldn't be on duty. While the other agency wasn't bad, I just found that Jerika's love, care and tenderness blew the competition outta the water. There was NO comparison to the quality of connection she had with my baby and the care she showed for me. If I could, I'd make her a permanent staff member in our home. But then again, that would mean that other moms wouldn't get the benefit of her care, so I guess I'll take one for the worldwide mother team and not be selfish!?? Lord willing, we will absolutely be hiring Jerika again for future babies. I have already recommended her to friends. And let me tell you: Book her for the maximum amount you can! You're going to wish you had more time with this beautiful human being. She's a rare gem. Wholeheartedly endorsed by this grateful mom and dad. We love you!♥?????

Jerika was so awesome to work with! She did placenta encapsulation via the non-traditional method for me. She responded quickly to communication and was at the hospital promptly a few hours after my little one's birth. We also had a family emergency come up postpartum which messed up our placenta pick-up, and she was SO incredibly patient with us in working through that and coordinating with us. 10/10 recommend for encapsulation, and I think she would be great at her other services as well :)
