Hi! I’m Jillian Hollis! I am a Postpartum and Birth Doula, Lactation Counselor, Mindful Birth Educator, Newborn Care Specialist, serving families in Greater Portland. I’m also on the Board of Directors for Community Doulas, a nonprofit making doula care accessible in Maine. I believe all parents deserves calm, loving, and supported care from family planning through postpartum. I’m an IVF mom to a spirited 2-year-old, so like you, I’ve been there. I understand the hopes, uncertainty, and joy that come with this journey. Since moving to Maine, I’ve missed the connection of working with families directly, which continues to be my greatest joy. My training is rooted in African American Midwifery, blending mindfulness, empowerment, and compassion to meet families where they are. I support all races, genders, and family structures. Let’s connect for a complimentary consultation to learn how I can support your journey into parenthood.

Jillian is an amazing doula! She is compassionate, committed, thoughtful, and a wonderful teacher. She goes above and beyond! Jillian takes pride in making sure the house is clean (dishes, bottles, laundry, and everything baby-related) and all family members are supported. She's excellent with babies, knows how to solve any problem, and is becoming a fantastic lactation counselor. If you can book her you will not regret it!!
