Working with Leah was the best choice I made as a first time mom and wanting an unmediated birth. Leah went above and beyond with every meeting and at the birth. I was scared of the unknowns of birth and really wanted to understand the process and prepare as much physically and mentally as possible. Leah helped not only educate my husband and I about the birth process but made me feel confident in my birth vision and myself.  While working with Leah I always felt heard, understood, respected and empowered. She was the perfect addition to my birth team and I could not have had such a successful birth without her!

Leah was our greatest asset for our birth. Like so many labor stories we were thrown a curveball or two, but Leah was an endless source of support and assistance through it all. Her advocation and communication skills helped tremendously to bridge any gaps between ourselves and the hospital staff, while her intuitive coaching helped to keep us in the calm mindset we needed. Early in the pregnancy we weren't sure that we would need a doula but I am so glad we made the decision to find one and I am even more glad that we found Leah.
